I’m a runner.
For over thirty years running has been a part of my life. At times I’ve been lackadaisical and at times vigorous in my approach to running; the latter has been predominant. I’ve run every day since December 31st, 2010.
I am not a doctor, nor do I have a degree in anything related to exercise, physiology, medicine, or health. I am not a coach.
I do, however, have years of experience, lessons, gathered advice and teachings. This blog is not only documenting my journey from average age-grouper to wherever the miles take me, but is also a platform from which I can share some of my hard-learned running wisdom and, at the same time, learn from people like you.
